Louise's career in travel began in the air as an Inflight Team Member and Brand Ambassador for Virgin America, where she developed an early appreciation for thoughtful service, hospitality, and the details that shape a memorable journey.

She later found her professional home at a boutique, family-owned travel and events agency, spending nine years growing alongside the business and ultimately serving as Vice President of Incentives & Events. There, she led programs around the world and developed the hands-on, highly personal approach that would eventually become the foundation for AV Travel.

Across her career, Louise has developed and produced programs for leading organizations and brands including NBC, Turner Broadcasting, Moët Hennessy, Clase Azul, Charter Communications, and Magnite — spanning global meetings, incentive travel, executive programs, conferences, and brand experiences.

In 2021, Louise founded AV Travel on a simple belief: exceptional service requires both deep expertise and personal accountability. Today, when clients work with AV Travel, they work directly with Louise. She remains personally connected to every program — from the first strategy conversation and destination search through creative development, guest experience, onsite execution, and final departure.

Raised with a bi-cultural perspective, Louise has always been drawn to the way travel creates connection through food, culture, people, and place. Her calm presence, attention to detail, and instinct for creating experiences she would genuinely want to attend herself have become hallmarks of her work.

Her own curiosity has taken her across more than 30 countries and six continents — with Antarctica still on the list.
